INSTRUCTIONS (1) Check out the premise, rules and faq for the basics on Knowhere's gameplay. You might also want to look over the locations and power guidelines. (2) Post a top-level comment with your character's name and canon in the header. You may use one of the following prompts if you're looking for ideas: 1• You've arrived on the station of Knowhere and decided to explore! Unfortunately for you, there are no readily available maps and the locals don't seem eager to help you get to where you'd like to go. All the hallways seem to look the same, and sometimes directions seem to switch places--you're going south when you want to head north, and left when you want to go right. Do you ask for help? Stew in your own discontent? Punch a passerby in retaliation? 2• You've made it to the most happening spot on the station--Starlin's Bar. Unfortunately, Earth and your homeworld are out of fashion, and the drinks aren't quite what you were expecting. Some are bright blue, others give off smokey vapor, and some even have unintended side effects. You can be brave and order the house special, chat up that nice looking alien at the bar, or try and round up a game of pool. 3• You'd heard something about powers, and now it seems like they're finally kicking in--just not as you'd expected. You might have teleported to somewhere you didn't intend to go, or read someone's emotions without meaning to. Maybe you're breathing fire, or the computers have all started talking back to you when you mumble at them. In any case, this won't end well. 4• Wildcard! Make use of any of Knowhere's locations and locals, or try out the network and hologram system. Anything goes, here. (3) Tag around to others and get a feel for the gameplay of Knowhere and how your character interacts with other prospective appers'! (4) Keep threading for as long as you'd like. Threads of 10 or more tags may be linked as samples for applications to Knowhere. This meme will remain open until the next one is posted for July's application round. (5) Don't forget to reserve your character starting on June 7th, and apply starting on June 14th!

yeah, I'm pretty damn sure. His uniform was different. And he was older... I mean he acted like an unfeelin' robot, but... No, he wasn't ours.

[ Sighing, he takes another sip of his drink and stares off into space. ]

[That kind of sucks, honestly. He actually is disappointed that it's not their Spock because he actually likes their Spock and they get each other now and he doesn't feel like he's living up to a man that he's never met before who has the same name and face as him.]

Does he know? That we're not from the same... place, I guess?

Oh he knows alright, but he doesn't know anythin' about Romulus or red matter... Not that I told him much of anythin to begin with.

Figured there's no use splinterin' the universe timelines more than it's already been.
